About The Mortgage Grandfather

Rick E Schmille started studying mortgages in 1971 after he purchased his first investment property at age 19. At the same time he formed The Painting Company of New Mexico with Barney L Schmille. He left PCNM in June of 1976 to start building custom homes in New Mexico.

In those 50 Years since leaving PCNM Rick has helped thousands of individuals and families build, buy and sell, and finance the American Dream of Homeownership. He has worn the hat of House Painter, Custom Home Builder, Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Agent at NEXA.

Nowadays he is a self-producing loan officer and national recruiter for NEXA.
