As United States Realtors/Loan Officer Partner with NEXA, you will have nearly total control of the purchase transaction. You will sell the house as a real estate agent and handle the origination as a mortgage loan officer. The control on the transaction is all yours.
You will be required to help your buyer/borrower with their mortgage application on your own site either by just sending them to the site or going to the site and filling out the entire application with the information they give you. After that an email is automatically sent to the borrower and you with a list of the documents required to process the loan.
I will take it from there and you will be paid 1% of the loan amount as your compensation.
You will be paid by NEXA LENDING as a W-2 or 1099 Employee
