NEXA allowed him to strecth his wings with over 150 wholesale lenders and 715 supportive fellow loan officers and a boss that showed him how to continue growing his business.
Rick E understands that most Loan Officers in the country have heard about NEXA and its High Comp Rate of 220 to 275 BPS. On May 1, 2024, that changed for the better. NEXA/AXEN became a Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender. NEXA Loan Officers are now able to earn even more than 275 BPS. With our flexible commission structure, a Loan Officer can earn from 75 BPS to over 300 BPS per closed loan.
